3DWORLD INSTALLATION Dualterm more
|
An installation commissioned for the Toronto Pearson Int'l Airport. It was built in both physical and 3Dworlds to explore today's airport as a symbolic gateway towards new inhabitable spaces. Specifically, visitors in the terminal could, in Second LIfe, virtually walk through the very same space they were standing in to find themselves (as avatars) in an airborne structure that contained a realtime mixing of synthetic sounds and airport sounds (w/ Chris Salter, sound/light artist) |
